Missy got her start playing and singing around the campfire many years ago. She has been singing and playing in Alaska for the last six years. She has been heavily influenced by Joni Mitchell and Judy Collins as well as many other folk artists. Missy credits the rugged beauty of Alaska for much of the inspiration for her original songs.
